Picture this: You're out enjoying the gorgeous cherry blossoms at peak bloom on a beautiful Spring morning, when suddenly you're overcome by a tidal wave of frolicking Corgis. No, seriously, this really happened this morning.

It's called the Cherry Blossom Corgi Strut, the latest canine get-together (Corg-athon? Corgpocalypse?) organized by DC-area Corgi owners. The plan: "Strut through the tourists and locals and derp in pretty pink flowers."

Result: Dozens of happy Corgis, hundreds of exhilarated tourists, and a million photo ops. Mission accomplished.
